I worked with Bill at Howell Oregon Electric for several years. He was one of the most sympathetic people I know, and the best boss anyone could have. Vonda and I would sit and visit with Bill about lots of different things, and he always took the time out to listen. Bill wasn’t only my boss, but I consider him a dear friend. Heaven gained another angel when he passed on. Thinking of the family!!!!
