Graveside services for David Ray Collins, 49, Pomona, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 18, 2019 at Siloam Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mr. Collins passed away at 1:15 p.m., Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Ozarks Medical Center.

He was born August 24, 1969, at Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Melvin Ray Collins and Linda Sue Wood Collins.  On May 30, 2006, he was married at Panama City Beach, Florida, to Debbie Fox.  David enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved spending time with his family.  He loved telling stories and was known as a prankster.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Collins; three step-sons, Chad, Brandon and Nicholas; three grandchildren, Kailynn, Dominic and Grayson; his mother, Linda Collins; one sister, Sherri Freeman and husband, Dennis; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

His father, one brother, Melvin Collins, II and one sister, Bobbi Lofton, preceded him in death.
