Services will be held at a later date for Debra Ann Nielsen, 57, West Plains, Missouri.

Mrs. Nielsen entered into Heaven on Resurrection Sunday, April 16, 2017.

She was born July 24, 1959, to Robert "Bob" and Myrtle Kestner Smith in Orange, Virginia.  The family relocated to Florida where Debbie earned her law degree at University of Florida School of Law.  She was married to Brent Nielsen on May 17, 1986.  After moving to West Plains, Missouri in 1998, she worked at State Farm Insurance for sixteen years.  She was very dedicated to helping children in need and helped at Everyday Blessings Food Pantry.  Debbie was a consummate wife, daughter and sister.

She is survived by her grateful and beloved husband, Brent; one brother, Joe, Gainesville, Florida; mother-in-law Jan Nielsen, West Plains; brother-in-law, Dane along with his wife and children, West Plains; sister-in-law, Diane Morain and family, Altamonte Springs, Florida; and other family members in Virginia, Florida and North Carolina.

Her parents precede her in death.
