Graveside services for Dortha Lea Staggs, 92, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 10, 2021 at Oak Lawn Cemetery, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mrs. Staggs passed away at 12:00 a.m., Friday, November 19, 2021, at her home.

She was born August 9, 1929, at West Plains, Missouri, to Edward W. Pirnack and Roxie Bean.  Dortha graduated from West Plains High School, and she attended a business college in Springfield, Missouri.  On August 13, 1955, she was married at West Plains, Missouri, to Earl (Wayne) Staggs, who preceded her in death September 17, 2017.  Mrs. Staggs enjoyed the floor covering business, and she and Wayne owned Staggs Floor Covering for forty years.  She also enjoyed crafts, interior decorating, and flowers, as well as fishing and the outdoors.  Mrs. Staggs was a member of the West Plains Elks Lodge #2418 Auxiliary.   She attended First Christian Church.

She is survived by two children, Paul Jolliff and wife, Lana, Metropolis, Illinois, and Bob Jolliff and wife, Darlene, West Plains, Missouri; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one sister, Billie Venneman and husband, Bill, West Plains, Missouri.

Her parents and her husband preceded her in death.
