Eugene Richard Bumpus, 86, Pomona, Missouri, passed away at 5:10 a.m., Sunday, July 29, 2018 at his home.

He was born January 24, 1932, at Phoenix, Arizona, to Albert Clarence Bumpus and Auderine Susan May Comer Bumpus.  Mr. Bumpus was a veteran, having served with the United States Army National Guard.

He is survived by six children, Lisa Meridieth and husband, Billy, State of Missouri, Vicki Farnsworth, State of Oklahoma, Bret Bumpus, State of Arizona, Frank Bumpus, and wife, Mirtha, State of California, Michael Bumpus and wife, Monica, State of North Dakota and Tomi Navarro, State of Arizona; thirteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild and one on the way.

His parents, and one infant daughter, Lori, preceded him in death.
