Funeral services for Evelyn Martha Mayton, 92, Willow Springs, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 25, 2017 at Westside Family Life Center, Willow Springs, Missouri, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mrs. Mayton passed away at 1:26 p.m., Monday, May 22, 2017 at Willow Care Nursing Home.

She was born May 9, 1925, in Douglas County, Missouri, to James Collins and Mallissia Davis Collins.  Before her retirement, Mrs. Mayton worked at Conaway-Winters Shoe Factory.  She loved to play cards with family and enjoyed playing shuffle board.  Mrs. Mayton was a devoted mother and grandmother; family was very important to her.

She is survived by one daughter, Wanda Wood and husband, Lee; one daughter-in-law, Melissa Sillyman; one son-in-law, James Worley; twenty-six grandchildren; forty-seven great-grandchildren; twenty-nine great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Dillard Collins; one sister-in-law, Kay Collins; and several nieces and nephews.

Her parents, seven sons and daughters, Judy Bunch and husband, Leon, Kenny Collins, Connie Fry and husband, Raymond, Linda Brixey and husband, Kenneth, Lynn "Bim" Collins and wife, Carolyn, Michael Collins and Vickey Worley, four brothers and two sisters, precede her in death.

Mrs. Mayton will lie in state from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
