Harold Davis Read, 88, West Plains, Missouri, passed away October 2, 2012, at Brooke Haven Health Care.

Mr. Read was a veteran having served with the United States Air Force in China, India and Burma during World War II.  He was a member of the Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Lois Read, of the family home; three children, Stephan Read, State of North Carolina, Clark Read and Betty Sue Read, both of State of New Jersey; three step-children; thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

No memorial services will be held.  Mr. Read will be laid to rest in the Frankford Plains Methodist Cemetery, Sussex County, New Jersey. Arrangements under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
