Visitation services for Houston DonLee Kostelnik, 4 week old son of Samantha Collins and Jeremy Kostelnik, Sr., West Plains, Missouri, will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, February 10, 2018 in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Houston went to be with the Angels at 5:12 p.m., Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, Missouri.

He was born January 10, 2018, at Springfield, Missouri, to Samantha Dawn Collins and Jeremy Dewayne Kostelnik, Sr.

He is survived by his parents, Samantha Collins and Jeremy Kostelnik, Sr.; one sister, Zoey Collins; one brother, Jeremy Kostelnik, Jr.; grandparents, Rachel Redburn, Rolin Redburn, Sandra Kostelnik, David Shed, Sr. and David Dodd, Sr.; great-grandparents, Norma Collins and Deward Collins; aunts and uncles, Bo and LeaAnna Kostelnik, Laurie Kostelnik, Destry Shed, Donna Trevino, Karen Shed, David Dodd, Jr., Matthew Redburn, Desaray Collins and Paige Preston; and many cousins.

His grandparents, Martha Louise Blake, Raymond Garland Blake, Nancy Jo Redburn and Max Redburn, preceded him in death.
