A memorial service for Joanne Marie Furbee, 68, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 17, 2021, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mrs. Furbee passed away at 9:29 a.m., Saturday, September 11, 2021, at her home.

She was born May 24, 1953, at Chicago, Illinois, to Herbert Mahn and Betty Veague Mahn.  On March 11, 2000, she was married at Orland Park, Illinois, to Donald Wayne Furbee, who preceded her in death on November 19, 2018.  Joanne loved helping people and enjoyed sewing, crafting and shopping.  Mrs. Furbee was a Christian.

She is survived by one son, Edward stoops and wife, Kasia, Lemont, Illinois; one granddaughter, Gabrielle; one brother, Bill Mahn, Shorewood, Illinois; friend, Pam Misner, West Plains; and three nephews, Chris, Ben and Steve Mahn.

Her parents, husband, Donald Furbee, former husband, Edward Stoops and two brothers, Jack and Donald Mahn, preceded her in death.
