I will miss seeing him with Davie Earls at their weekly breakfast. Condolences to his family and friends for your great loss. I recall how much he missed his wife, when she passed, so be comforted that they are together once again.

He left a legacy of two terrific children who went on to raise more terrific kids. What a wonderful family. Our community is better off because of his contribution to it, and his progeny continues to make our community a great place. As a man, you always hope that your children will grow up to be good people who make a positive impact in their community. He lived to see that, in both his children and grandchildren. Thank you Mr. Wilkening for your service to our country, and for raising up such a great family. I know you now rest in peace with the Lord and your loved ones.
