Lilly May Welch
A graveside service for Lilly May Welch, 77, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, July 2, 2017, at Mt. Zion Cemetery, South Fork, Missouri.
Mrs. Welch passed away at 9:31 a.m., Sunday, June 25, 2017 at her home.
She was born January 1, 1940, at Hocomo, Missouri, to Tommie Henderson Marshell and Rosie May Duncan Marshell. On October 11, 1963, she was married at West Plains, to Harold Eugene Welch, who preceded her in death on May 28, 2016. She worked as a machinist and mechanic at International Shoe Factory and was the owner and operator of Miss Lilly’s Flea Market. She enjoyed meeting and visiting with people and loved her children and grandchildren. She helped many people. Mrs. Welch was a Christian.
She is survived by two children, Regena Snethern and husband, Raymond and Diane Bourge and husband, Jeff; eight grandchildren, Nicholas Welch and wife, Jessica, Raymond Snethern, Jr., Audrey Amburgy and husband, Matt, Samantha Elliott and fiancé, Eric Groom, Perry Elliott and wife, Ashley, Patrick Elliott and special friend, Brenna Melton, Aaron Roop and Gavin Roop; eleven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Her parents, husband, brother, Dee Marshell and one infant brother, preceded her in death.

My heart goes out to you and your family. Your Mom was always so sweet and helpful. She was the auction queen. She shared her knowledge with me many times. Just picture her and your Dad together again and may that bring you peace.

Regena, oh , she will be so missed by all of this family. I loved her like an aunt. Prayers for you and the grandchildren. She loved them so. She brought so much happiness and helped so many people at her store , giving things away to them in need. She will be greatly missed.
