Michael Barnett

Funeral services for Michael Travis Barnett, 74, Dora, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Crider Church of Christ, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mr. Barnett passed away at 3:45 p.m., Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at NHC Healthcare.

He was born June 4, 1942, in Howell County, Missouri, to Joseph Frances Barnett and Margaret Belle Crabtree Barnett.  On December 16, 1988, he was married at Crider, Missouri, to Cammie Merlene Hudlow Croney, who preceded him in death on October 21, 2003.  He was a master craftsman, loved blue grass music and enjoyed fishing.  Mr. Barnett was a member of Crider Church of Christ.

He is survived by three step-children, Calvin Ray Croney and wife, Norma, Pottersville, Missouri, Erman Croney and wife, Rita, Thayer, Missouri and Donna Wight and husband, Wally, Arcadia, Florida; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Ellen Barnett and Pauline Tilson; brother-in-law, Lowell Hudlow; and special family, Johnny and Katie McKee, Pottersville, Missouri, Barbara Butler, West Plains, Missouri, Sandra Riley, Dora, Missouri and Eddie Guy, West Plains, Missouri.

His parents, wife, three sisters and seven brothers, precede him in death.

Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Ledbetter Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Family or Ledbetter Cemetery and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
