Visitation services for April May Young, 47, West Plains, Missouri, formerly of Marshfield, Missouri, will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 16, 2020, in the Langston Street Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

April passed away at 12:47 p.m., Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at her home.

She was born August 19, 1972, at West Plains, Missouri, to Gene Atkins and Catherine Hathcock Russell.  On September 20, 1997, she was married to Tyler Young.  April loved her grandchildren and singing to them; she enjoyed the outdoors, going to the river and watching old black and white TV shows.

She is survived by her husband, Tyler Young, Marshfield, Missouri; four children, Misty Atkins, West Plains, Catherine Kammerer, Tiffeny Dinwiddie and Dalton Young and fiancé, Mari, all of Marshfield, Missouri; fourteen grandchildren; her mother and step-father, Catherine and Opie Russell; her step-father, Harold Collins; two sisters, Maggie Eagle Bear, Glencoe, Arkansas and Katie Grimes, Thayer, Missouri; one aunt, Brenda Smith, State of Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.

Her father, one granddaughter, Nevaeh Cooper, one aunt, Bonnie and one uncle, Donald Hathcock, preceded her in death.

Arrangements are under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
