Obituary

Funeral services for Billy Ray Clinton, 82, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Little Zion Church, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mr. Clinton passed away at 2:12 p.m., Sunday, February 26, 2017 at Willow Care Nursing Home.

He was born February 9, 1935, at Vanzant, Missouri, to Roy Clinton and Edna Wake Clinton.  Mr. Clinton was a veteran, having served with the United States Army.  He was a logger and a farmer; he enjoyed whittling and loved to be out in the woods, root hunting and fishing.  Mr. Clinton was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by one son, Mike Clinton and significant other, Brandy; one daughter, Kristy Lee and husband, Raymond; special nephew, Dennis Clinton; special niece, Daniece Clinton; his grandchildren, Amanda Driskell, Joshua Clinton, Kaitlin, RJ and Evin Lee, Mackenzie and Erika Brown, Mikayla Workman, Peyton Collins and Kylie and Lily Young; several great-grandchildren; two brothers, Kirby Clinton and wife, Audrey and Lonnie Clinton and wife, Christeen; one sister, Audie Wilkins; and many other relatives;  he will also be missed by many other countless children that he was either Uncle Bill or Papa to, as he never met a child that didn't end up calling him one or the other.

His parents, an infant son, an infant sister and five brothers, Claude, Gene, Cecil, JC and Don precede him in death.

This is not goodbye; this is so-long, until we see you again.

Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Little Zion Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Family and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
