Carol Ann Lee, 69, West Plains, Missouri, passed away at 4:25 a.m., Friday, June 27, 2025, at West Vue Nursing Center.

She was born January 21, 1956, at Memphis, Tennessee, to Howard Bailey and Juanita Gewin.  Ms. Lee was a hard worker and retired from being a dispatcher in Memphis, Tennessee.  She was loved by her family and will be missed.
