Catherine Seymour Mueller, 80, West Plains, Missouri, passed away at 3:36 a.m., Thursday, May 21, 2026, at her home.

She was born May 11, 1946, at Alexandria Bay, New York, to Howard Cleasby Hovey and Evelynn Parker Hovey.  In November, 1988, she was married at Reno, Nevada, to Henry Edward Mueller, who preceded her in death on January 10, 2010.  Catherine was a very strong, beautiful, smart and caring person.  She was raised in a military family.  Catherine loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and adored spending time with them.  She enjoyed collecting dolls and she loved decorating for her favorite holiday, Christmas.  Mrs. Mueller was a long time member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She is survived by five children, Jessica Tovas and husband, Leon, Sunday Burns, Orpha Jordan, Faith Zobersky and Jesse Cestone; eleven grandchildren, Martin, Shyla, Felicity, Kara, Catherine, Mathew, Christianna, Heather, Levi, Jesse and Rocky; several great-grandchildren; one brother, Dean Hovey; two sisters, Melanie and Meredeth Hovey; and several nieces and nephews.

Her parents, husband, one son, Howard Conn and two daughters, Margaret Smith and Kristina Conn, preceded her ind eath.
