Clara Marie Doss, 85, Pomona, Missouri, passed away at 8:20 a.m., Saturday, February 21, 2026 at West Vue Nursing Center.

She was born September 23, 1940, at West Plains, Missouri, to Leo Truman Doss and Fern Harriet Rider Doss.  Clara was a veteran, having served in the United States Army.  She worked at many jobs, but her proudest was serving her country.  Clara enjoyed gardening and fishing.

She is survived by one daughter, Lisa Pytlak.

Her parents, two husbands, James Pytlak and Paul Demichow, one sister, Rose Wilkins, three brothers, Tony, Truman and Bill Doss and one step-son, Paul Demichow, preceded her in death.
