Clyde Raymond-Luck Reams, 68, Caulfield, Missouri, passed away on May 1, 2026. He was born on March 31, 1958, in the State of New Mexico.
Clyde was a proud veteran who dedicated many decades to serving his country in the United States Navy and as an Army Ranger. His commitment to duty, honor, and country remained evident throughout his life. He was also a devoted member of the American Legion and the VFW, where he shared camaraderie and fellowship with fellow veterans.
On June 21, 1994, Clyde married the love of his life, Janice Pinkerton Reams. Their bond was one built on deep love and devotion, a love he continued to carry closely in his heart every day following Janice’s passing on December 15, 2013.
Clyde was a member of Fountain Church in Theodosia, Missouri, and loved the Lord with all his heart. He enjoyed many passions throughout his life, including fishing, a desire to learn the guitar, and collecting Star Trek memorabilia. A published poet, Clyde had a thoughtful spirit and a deep appreciation for words and history. He was a dedicated constitutionalist and historian who could spend hours in meaningful conversation about the subjects he loved most.
Above all, Clyde cherished his family, friends, faith, and the memories he shared with those closest to him. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him, including his extended family, Billy Wayne Hancock and Sue Badzek.
Though he has departed this earthly life, the memories of Clyde’s strength, wisdom, humor, devotion, and unwavering love will remain in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
