A Memorial Service for Daniel Lynn Truman, 57, Moody, Missouri, will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 12, 2012, at Fowler Chapel Church. Mr. Truman died at 12:05 a.m., Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at Caulfield, Missouri.  He was born July 16, 1954, at West Plains, Missouri, to Joseph Edward and Sharilyn Joan Harper Truman.  He graduated from West Plains Senior High with the Class of 1973.  Mr. Truman was a member of Fowler Chapel Church.

He is survived by three children, Daniel Truman, Koshkonong, Missouri, Amanda Simpson, husband, David, Caulfield, Missouri and Melissa  Halbert, husband, Jeff, Salem, Arkansas; four grandchildren; his father, Joe Truman, West Plains, Missouri; two brothers, Eddie Truman, wife, Sharon and James Truman, wife, Robin, all West Plains, Missouri; two sisters, Rebecca Simpson, husband, Vernon, South Fork, Missouri and Anita Walker, West Plains, Missouri; special friend Kathy Thomason, West Plains, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.

His mother and grandparents precede him in death.
