Funeral services for Faye Evelyn Palmer, 93, Ironton, Missouri, formerly of West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 4, 2013, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Faye died at 3:46 p.m., Thursday, August 1, 2013, at The Baptist Home, Ironton, Missouri.

She was born February 5, 1920, at West Plains, Missouri, to Mont C. Palmer and Rose P. Hawkins Palmer.  Before her retirement, she had worked in the fitting department at the International Shoe Company and in the cafeteria at West Plains Middle School.  Faye was a member of the First Baptist Church, West Plains, Missouri, where she sang in the choir and enjoyed helping with Sunday School classes.

She is survived by one sister, Angielee Huddleston, Bridgeton, Missouri; two nephews, Allen Huddleston, wife, Donna and Stuart Huddleston, wife, Christy; two great-nephews; and three great-nieces.

Her parents precede her in death.
