A celebration of life service for George Peter Hansen, III, 62, West Plains, Missouri, was held September 8, 2017 at West Plains Community Gardens.

Mr. Hansen passed away at 8:00 p.m., Sunday, September 3, 2017 at his home.

He was born January 26, 1955, at Turlock, California, to Christopher David Hansen and Addie L. Fiez Hansen.  Mr. Hansen was a proud gardener at the community garden and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

He is survived by two children, Robert Cervantes and Sharlene Petrea; two grandchildren, Karissa Carter and Nicole Petrea; and his former wife, Janice Hansen.

Memorial contributions may be made to West Plains Community Gardens and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
