A Celebration of Life service for James William Woodby, Jr., 63, Dora, Missouri, will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, July 28, 2025, in the Main Room of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mr. Woodby passed away at 2:14 a.m., Monday, July 21, 2025, at his home.

He was born March 13, 1962, at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, to James William Woodby Sr. and Joan Luella Pearcey Woodby.  On May 8, 2007, he was married to Simah Bat Emunah.  Mr. Woodby was a truck driver for over thirty years and was proud of his work.  He was devoted to his family and cherished spending time with his wife and kids.  Mr. Woodby enjoyed shooting and reloading his guns and working on his yard, and he loved studying Scripture.

He is survived by his wife Simah Bat Emunah, of the family home; eleven children, Jessica Woodby (Nick), James Woodby III (Noel), Jenifer Woodby, Simcha Woodby, Tseidle Woodby, Aviyah Woodby, Ethan Woodby, Eli Woodby, Gabriel Woodby, Matthew Woodby, and David Titman; four grandchildren, Jacob Woodby, Nicholas Ott, Jr. , Gage Clevenger and Vanellope Wolfe; one brother, Daniel Woodby (Rebecca); two sisters, Lamesha Hurley (Tyrone) and Patricia Woodby; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

His parents preceded him in death.
