Janice Lou Thompson, 68, West Plains, Missouri, passed away at 4:15 p.m., Monday, May 18, 2026, at her home.

She was born November 15, 1957, at West Plains, to Lonzo Thompson and Genevieve Agnes Kelly Thompson. Janice enjoyed doing crossword puzzles. She dearly loved her family and her dogs.

She is survived by one brother, Terry Thompson and wife, Sheila; seven sisters, Wilma King, Edith Cox, Violet Curtis, Mary Kendele, Josie Thompson, Marie Mowery and Louise Thompson; and many nieces and nephews.

Her parents, three sisters, Betty King, Judy Doss and Alice Esther Thompson and two brothers, Jimmy Thompson and Lonnie Thompson, preceded her in death.

A private burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
