A Mass of Resurrection for Jean McIntosh Reid, 82, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 6, 2015 at St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Mrs. Reid passed away at 7:10 a.m., Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Ozarks Medical Center.

She was born November 28, 1933, at Onley, Maryland, to John Mathews and Yvonne Morse Mathews.  She was married October 4, 1952, at Clarksville, Maryland, to James S. Reid.  Jean traveled the world with her husband and spent many years teaching and riding horses.  She had a great love of gardening.  Mrs. Reid was of the Catholic faith.

She is survived by her husband, James Reid; four children, James, John, Jeffery and Carol; twelve grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and lots and lots of friends.

Her parents and one brother, Morse Mathews, precede her in death.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
