Karen Solis Mejia, 49, Moody, Missouri, passed away at 8:34 a.m., Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at her home.

She was born February 13, 1974, at Libertyville, Illinois, to Joseph Hopkins and Marian Mankowski Hopkins.  Karen enjoyed going to the river, where she spent a lot of her time.

She is survived by three children, Rosemary Mejia, West Plains, Missouri, Devin Solis and Ryan Flores, both of the State of Illinois; four grandchildren; her parents, Joseph and Marian Hopkins; and one sister, Laura Hopkins, State of Florida.
