A private graveside service for Michael Adam Dusenbury, 28, Peace Valley, Missouri, will be held at a later date by the family.

Michael passed away at 1:10 a.m., Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Ozarks Medical Center.

He was born August 3, 1989, at West Plains, Missouri, to Andy C. Dusenbury and Sandra Kay Dewey Phillips.

He is survived by his daughter, Lilly Rose; his father, Andy Dusenbury, Bowling Green, Missouri; his mother and step-father, Sandra and Kenny Phillips, Peace Valley, Missouri; three brothers, Joshua Dusenbury and wife, Philisha, Christopher Dusenbury and Anthony Phillips; three sisters, Tiffany Dusenbury, Megan Phillips and Katlyn Phillips and significant other, Dom Leslie; his grandparents, Frankie and Elger Phillips; and many nieces and nephews.

His grandparents, Fred and Betty Dewey, Bill and Evelyn Dusenbury and one niece, Electra Elizabeth, preceded him in death.
