A private service for Richard Dean Martin, 63, Vanzant, Missouri, will be held at a later date.

Mr. Martin died at 5:30 a.m., Thursday, May 17, 2012, at his home.  He was born February 23, 1949, at Batesville, Arkansas, to John Henry and Monnie Mae Hagler Martin.  Mr. Martin was a floor covering installer and loved bass fishing.

He is survived by four brothers, John Martin, Cloudy, Oklahoma, Bill Martin, Dora, Missouri, Dennis Martin, Cloudy, Oklahoma and Ted Martin, Aumsville, Oregon; two sisters, Charlene Parish, Bee Branch, Arkansas and Dorothy Nowlin, Vinita, Oklahoma; best friend, Charley Manning, LaPine, Oregon; special nephew, David White; and many nieces and nephews.

His parents, grandmother, Edna Hagler; five brothers, Delmar, Dale, Don, Eddy and Denver Martin, precede him in death.
