Visitation services for Thomas Eugene (Tommy) Thompson, 75, West Plains, Missouri, will be held from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 7, 2026, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mr. Thompson passed away peacefully with his wife by his side, on Thursday, April 30, 2026 in West Plains.

He was born April 17, 1951, at West Plains, Missouri, to Bobby Gene Thompson and Jarel Rada Skiles. On November 19, 2005, he was married at West Plains, to Brenda Koelling. Tommy was the owner and operator of Thompson Auto Sales for nearly to 28 years. Anyone that knew Tommy knew that he loved the car business. Every Saturday night he enjoyed going to Jimmie’s to eat. He was known in high school as Tucker. In his younger years, he loved to ski, play baseball and golf. He loved his wife and family and loved attending church at Trinity Worship Center.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Thompson, of the family home; two step-children, Jeff Thompson, Mansfield, Arkansas and Misty Stiner, West Plains; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Judy Lawrey and husband, Mike, Springfield, Missouri and Robin Coldwell and husband, Steve, West Plains; one aunt, Ruby Skiles, Mountain Grove, Missouri; one nephew, Ryan Lawrey and wife, Emily, Springfield, Missouri; and several cousins.

His parents preceded him in death.

A private burial will be at Oak Lawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., West Plains, Missouri.
