Tracy Marie Gentry, 45, Willow Springs, Missouri, passed away at 9:43 p.m., Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at NHC Healthcare.

She was born November 29, 1970, at West Plains, Missouri, to Terry Collins and Ruth White Madden.  Tracy loved animals, especially horses and was a barrel racer in her younger years.

She is survived by two children, Keely Cook, West Plains and Tehya Wilson, Flippin, Arkansas; one grandchild, Harlie Cook; her father, Terry Collins, Willow Springs, Missouri; step-father, Zip Madden, Willow Springs, Missouri; one brother, Zippy Madden, Willow Springs, Missouri; two sisters, Megan Collins-Lan and husband, John and Heather Collins, all of West Plains, Missouri; and her grandmother, Loeta White.

Her mother precedes her in death.
