Paul Thomas Applegate, 59, West Plains, Missouri, passed away at 6:13 p.m., Sunday, January 24, 2016 at Ozarks Medical Center.

He was born August 28, 1956, at Normal, Illinois, to Richard Applegate and Dorothy Jean Brown Applegate.  On December 24, 1997, he was married at Las Vegas, Nevada, to Brenda Church.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and collecting clowns.  Mr. Applegate was a Christian.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Applegate; four children, Christopher Applegate, Paul J. Applegate, Lance Overall and Tammy Ray; five grandchildren, Samantha, Tabatha, Xander, Camryn and Parker; his father, Richard Applegate and wife, Betty; his mother, Dorothy Jean Applegate; one brother, Joseph Applegate; and two sisters, Dr. Clara Applegate and Priscilla Hughes.
