A celebration of life service for Roxann Powell, 65, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, June 23, 2018 at the Powell Home, 9413 County Road 8960, West Plains, Missouri, located across from the Brandsville Fire Tower.

Mrs. Powell passed away at 12:44 a.m., Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Ozarks Medical Center.

She was born March 11, 1953, at Cedar Lake, Indiana, to Doris Lahey. On September 22, 1978, she was married at West Plains, Missouri, to Jimmy Powell.

She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Powell, of the family home; two daughters, Patricia Powell, Koshkonong, Missouri and Tabitha Powell, West Plains, Missouri; two granddaughters, Kaydence and Sadie; and special friends, Julie and Barry Collins.

Her parents, one brother and one twin sister, preceded her in death.
