Funeral services for Sawyer Dean Chase, 4 month old infant son of Brandon Chase and Diana Surritte, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 20, 2019 at Pottersville Baptist Church, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Sawyer went to be with the Angels on Sunday, May 12, 2019.

He was born January 12, 2019, at West Plains, Missouri.

Sawyer is survived by his parents, Brandon Chase and Diana Surritte; twin brother, Scott Donald Chase; grandparents, Joseph Chase and Carolyn Surritte; aunts and uncles, Jacob Chase, Joshua Chase, Donna and Paul Fiquett, Debra and James Flores, Deirdra Cunningham and Dorinda Housley; many adopted aunts and uncles; and many cousins.

His grandparents, Renee Chase and Donald Surritte and one aunt, Delana Surritte, preceded him in death.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.  Burial will be in the Gospel Hill Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Family and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
