Funeral services for Victor Edward Sims, 70, Pottersville, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 21, 2012, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mr. Sims died at 5:05 a.m., Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at his home.

He was born November 12, 1942, at Pottersville, Missouri, to Ernest Victor Sims and Agnes Bise Sims.  On December 8, 1962, he was married at Pottersville, Missouri, to Martha Davis.  He was a member of the Area Pork Producers Association.  Before his retirement, Mr. Sims was a tem leader at Invensys.  Mr. Sims was of the Methodist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Sims, of the family home; three children, Lesa Harris, Pottersville, Missouri, Lance Sims, Pottersville, Missouri and Aaron Sims, wife, Christy, Bolivar, Missouri; and four grandchildren, Rachel Kenslow, husband, Bo, Nathan Sims, Trey Harris and Derek Riddle.

His parents precede him in death.

Mr. Sims will lie in state from 3:00 p.m., Thursday, December 20, 2012, until service time at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.  Burial will be in the Pottersville Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to Pottersville Cemetery, and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
