We are so shocked and sorry to hear about Virginia. Just can’t believe it. She and Dan had a special connection from attending the same grade school at Free Union. Virginia helped me with blood drives for a few years at our church, and she enjoyed visiting with the donors and serving them drinks and snacks, and we always enjoyed our time together. She meant a lot to us, and we will miss her so much. I’m sure I’ll look for her in her pew on Sundays. Our daughter called me and asked “Is that OUR Virginia?” So sorry.

Your mother was a lovely, sweet lady. She was so gracious and welcoming when I would visit in her home. We will keep you in our prayers during these difficult days ahead.
    Lots of love,

Virginia was a long-time family friend, tho I only met her in 1994 when I returned from Los Angeles. We went. To the same church, FCC, & she participated in my church-lady study group, Eve’s Daughters. Virginia was so thoughtful & kind and will be missed by many of us. I am so sorry for your loss, Cindy. Prayers for you and your family at this sad time. – Joann Blackburn, Kansas City

Cindy, I am so sorry about the loss of your mother. She was such a beautiful lady, always wore a smile on her face. I hadn’t seen here in several years and then I would run into her at Anytime Fitness. She was so proud of you and all your accomplishments!
