Lisa Jean Belt

Graveside services for Lisa Jean Belt, 61, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 4, 2025, at Elijah Cemetery, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. 

Mrs. Belt passed away at 11:20 p.m., Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at her home.

She was born February 9, 1964, at Gainesville, Missouri, to Onard Hambelton and Elma Friend Hambelton.  On January 2, 1981, she was married at Gainesville, Missouri, to Sidney Belt.  Lisa enjoyed painting, being outdoors, going to the river or lake, gardening, fishing, collecting and painting rocks and looking for arrowheads.  She loved helping others.  Lisa was a great mom and the best Nana.  She lived a life full of love and adventure.  Lisa was a strong and determined woman, who loved her family dearly; to know her was to know love. 

She is survived by her husband, Sidney Belt, of the family home; three children, Michael Belt and wife, Sara, Bakersfield, Missouri, William Belt, Caulfield, Missouri and Bethany Stone and husband, Darren, Rock Bridge, Missouri; three grandchildren and one on the way, Andrea Fowler and husband, Nathan, Moody, Missouri, Brandy Belt and fiancé, Jacob Brashear, West Plains and Gunner Pate Stone, Rock Bridge, Missouri; her mother, Elma Hambelton; two brothers, Guy Hambelton and wife, Doris and Floyd Hambelton, all of Gainesville; two sisters, Nora Perry and husband, Lonnie, Salem, Arkansas and Teresa, Caulfield, Missouri; and many nieces and nephews. 

Her father and one brother, David Hambelton, preceded her in death.  

Memorial contributions may be made to Elijah Cemetery, and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., West Plains, Missouri.
