Deana Gleghorn

A memorial service for Deana Gleghorn, 98, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 23, 2025, in the Sanctuary at First United Methodist Church with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m.   

Mrs. Gleghorn passed away at 10:42 p.m., Thursday, August 14, 2025, at Brooke Haven Healthcare.

She was born June 8, 1927 in the Peace Valley and White church area. Deana was the daughter of the late John and Gladys Bennett Stein. Deana graduated from West Plains High School. On June 5, 1949 she was married to Robert Gleghorn at the First United Methodist Church in West Plains, Missouri.

She is survived by two sons: Stephen Gleghorn and special friend Cheryl Howell, Regina Gleghorn and their children, London Gleghorn, and husband Bryan Pantazo, Dalton Gleghorn and wife, Rose and their children Meghara and Morrison, and Kevin Gleghorn and wife Kelly and their children, Amy Sanders and husband, Steve and their children Forrest, Avery, and Grayton and Chad Gleghorn and wife, Kendra and their son, Landry; one sister-in-law, Patti Stein,  several nieces, nephews and cousins, and her devoted sister in Christ, Joy Ross.

Her parents, husband, and one granddaughter, Tana Justine Gleghorn preceded her in death.

Memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church or West Plains Public library, and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., West Plains, Missouri.
