Will always remember Don’s easy smile and laughter. Few people impact in such a positive way as Don did. His work with the City of West Plains, serving his rural community as a fire Chief and being a husband and father. I’ll miss you at the fire chiefs meeting and listening to your hunting stories. May God comfort your family and friends as we grieve at our loss, yet rejoice in his life and legacy.
