Elizabeth Ann Henneforth, 78, West Plains, Missouri, died at 2:33 a.m., Monday, April 23, 2012, at her home. She was born May 12, 1933, at West Plains, Missouri, to H. R. and Opal McDonald Case.
She is survived by two children, Donald Fields, West Plains, Missouri and Danny Fields, wife, Jenny, Hayward, California; three grandsons; four great-grandchildren; and one sister, Blanche Cozort, husband, Conrad, West Plains, Missouri.
Her parents and husband, precede her in death.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time. I keep her smile and wonderful hugs that I will always cherish. She was a beautiful woman, kind, thoughtful and I’m very honored to call her family. May the Lord keep you all in His loving arms as He has her right now. She is in heaven with Carl right now dancing!
