Gary Lee Coughlin

Funeral services for Gary Lee Coughlin, 79, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 18, 2025, in the Rose Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mr. Coughlin passed away at 4:15 a.m., Sunday, June 15, 2025, at his home.
He was born September 16, 1945, at Saint Louis, Missouri, to Charles Bernard and Mildred Mae Breeding Coughlin. Mr. Coughlin was a veteran, having served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed fishing, coin collecting, and working with his hands. Mr. Coughlin was a humble man and always took care of those around him. He genuinely loved people. He was very adamant about Veterans Affairs because he was always concerned about the treatment of veterans. Mr. Coughlin was of the Catholic faith.
He is survived by his significant other, Janet Collier; three children, Kelly Coughlin, Casey Coughlin, and Johnathon Collier (Jessica); eleven grandchildren, Ethan Bell (Alexis), Logan Bell, Hayden Bell, Kaylee Bell, Keira Coughlin, Carly Coughlin, Angela Coughlin, Gavin Coughlin, Travis Coughlin, Brycenne Young, and Rickie Collier; four great-grandchildren, Macie Bell, Oakley Bell, Tobi Young, and Myla Young; three cousins, Diane Coughlin, Terri Thompson, and Kenneth Coughlin; and many other nieces, nephews, and cousins not mentioned.
His parents, one grandson, Colt Coughlin, two brothers, Raymond and Ronnie Coughlin, two sisters, Betty Boswell (Dave) and Janet Coughlin, one aunt and uncle, James and Alberta Coughlin, and three cousins, Barbara Murray, James Coughlin, and Sarah Gaye Coughlin, preceded him in death.
Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be at Oak Lawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Veterans Affairs or Wounded Warriors and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 West Main, West Plains, MO 65775.
