Joe, Christel, Stacie and family, Words can not express what Gayla meant to our family and what the three of you do. She was a shining star in our lives. Then when we put the three of you with her, we have the best friends possible on this earth. There is not way possible we could count the many cards, phone calls, food, visits, and money that has been passed to us through her. When Gayla loved someone she did not kind of loved you, she loved you with her whole sole and there was nothing she would not do for you. She wrapped herself and her family around us to help us move forward in the fight for Jessica’s life and for all the children suffering from cystic fibrosis. We thank God for giving her to us and to you three for sharing her with us and so many others. Our lives are better because of her and you all. We will miss you Gayla but look forward to seeing you again.

My heart goes out to you, the family, for the loss of Gayla, here on Earth! However, what a joy to know that she is in Heaven, experiencing all that she has anticipated in her life, here. Gayla was just a blessing in my life (and all those around her). She was always kind, supportive and encouraging………..and had a wonderful way about her of making you feel all was “well.” Many talk about their faith but Gayla LIVED it, every day of her life! what a legacy she leaves behind to you, her family! Our love and prayers go out to you!

So sorry to hear about Gayla’s passing. My Dad informed me of her passing when I spoke to him on the phone this afternoon. I can remember sometimes getting off the bus at the bank and Gayla would usually be at her desk and would always greet me with a smile and say hi to me as I proceeded to my Dad’s office. If Dad was not in his office she was always willing to assist me if I needed anything until he returned. She was a wonderful person. Will be praying for you and your family.
