Katheryn Elaine Moody
Funeral services for Katheryn Elaine Moody, 70, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 8, 2017 in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Moody passed away at 5:37 p.m., Sunday, June 4, 2017 at her home.
She was born October 27, 1946, at West Plains, to Johnny Lawrence and Lois Ledbetter Romans. On March 24, 1968, she was married to Dewayne Moody. Mrs. Moody was a homemaker and enjoyed going to yard sales and antiquing.
She is survived by her husband, Dewayne Moody, of the family home; five children, Valarie Rider and husband, James, Neosho, Missouri, Angela Holek and husband, Paul, West Plains, Shannon Smith and wife, Judy, Dora, Missouri, Bryan Moody and Mark Stubbs, West Plains and Delainea Dooms-Calhoun and husband, Darwin, Pottersville, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Christopher Thomas, Keleena Commons, Joseph Holek, Derek Holek, Matthew Smith, Stephanie Smith, Jazmine Dooms and Dakota Dooms; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Jeffery Romans and wife, Christine, West Plains; and one sister, June Ponder, West Plains.
Her parents, step-father, Ralph Romans and one grandson, Travis Jon Smith, precede her in death.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Union Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Union Grove Cemetery and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
