Linda Rae Weatherford
Private services will be held for Linda Rae Weatherford, 72, West Plains, Missouri.
Mrs. Weatherford passed away at 3:35 p.m., Sunday, February 25, 2018 at her home.
She was born December 30, 1945, at West Plains, Missouri, to Robert Norman Fisher and Virginia Louise Huff Fisher. Linda graduated from West Plains High School with the Class of 1964. On October 17, 1964, she was married at the Mt. Zion Church, Olden, Missouri, to Jerry Weatherford. Linda was the co-owner with her husband of Thayer LP Gas Co., since 1982. She loved her family and spending time at the beach. Mrs. Weatherford attended First United Methodist Church and was a member of Seekers Sunday School Class.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Weatherford, of the family home; three children, Sherri Chapman and husband, Gary, Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, Scott Weatherford and wife, Cindy, Willow Springs, Missouri, and Shelley Wichern and husband, Jon, West Plains, Missouri; nine grandchildren, Holly, Joshua, Jordan, Chey, Kasey, Hunter, Katherine, Samantha and Melissa; three great-grandchildren, Lilly, Sadie Rae and Liam; two brothers, Mike Fisher, Kansas City, Missouri and Randy Gann, West Plains, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Jim and Mary Schmidt and family.
Her parents, and one sister, Jane Ann Stephens, preceded her in death.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, where a guest book will be available for signing until Friday, March 2, 2018. .
