I am sadden to read of Lonnie’s passing.
I remember him when he repaired my shoes and boots years ago. Such a nice man.
    May he rest in peace.

Al Newberry — For many years, Lonnie and I rode the same school bus to/from Southfork. I remember that Lonnie was a pleasant guy; seems he got along with most everyone. I can picture their place on highway E just after the sharp turn and before one gets to Moody. At once those days seem like yesterday and yet like an eon ago.

We are so sorry to hear of Lonnie’s passing. We got well acquainted with him when he helped remodel our house and later at sporting events for the grandkids. We thought a lot of him – always smiling and pleasant. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
