Jean Osborn

Graveside services for Jean Osborn, 71, West Plains, will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 24, 2012 at the Howell Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mrs. Osborn died 8:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at her home.  She was born April 2, 1940 at Gooding, Idaho to Clara Armstrong Adams.  On May 18, 1958, she was married at Fairfield, Idaho to David Randall Osborn who preceded her in death on January 14, 2000.  Before her retirement, Mrs. Osborn was the manager of Community Action, Twin Falls, Idaho. She was a member of the Curry Street Church of Christ, West Plains.

She is survived by two children, David Osborn and special friend, Judy, West Plains and Jennie Whisnant, husband, Charles, West Plains; three grandchildren, Samantha Osborn and special friend, Troy Wadkins, Pomona, Misosuri, Alan Stewart and fiance’, Christin Hoffman, West Plains and Randy Stewart, West Plains; one great-grandchild, Lowell Alan Stewart, III; one brother, Roy Armstrong, wife, Betty, Gooding, Idaho; one sister, Virginia Churchman, husband, J.R. Shoshone, Idaho; two sisters-in-law, Evalee Gunter, husband, Bill, Pottersville, Missouri and Leota Crawford, West Plains; one brother-in-law, William Osborn, Pomona, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; and her special friends, Tabitha Upton, Brandi Ford, Mary Jane Fenwick and Sandy Allen.

Her parents, husband, one daughter, Debbie Sue, one brother,Royal Armstrong, one sister, Wanda Russell and one sister-in-law, Rita Osborn, precede her in death.

Mrs. Osborn will lie in state from 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 23rd until 12:00 p.m., Saturday, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shaw Medical Center of Ozarks Medical Center and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
