Oscar was a wonderful person who brightened my day in so many ways over the last two years. He was a wealth of information and always willing to help me with any task. He was a very thought provoking and intellectual individual. He was also a writer who shared his efforts with me on a regular basis. I will miss Oscar and my heart is sad but I know that he is in a better place and having a good time. Good bye Oscar.

Oscar was a nice guy, always quiet when I came into TRIO, watching movies. It is sad that he had to go and he will be missed. He is in a better place with no pain.
