I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Bradley’s passing. I remember her and Ruel well from their work at WPHS. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I was saddened to hear of Hazel’s passing. She will be greatly missed by the Peace Valley Community and by those of us who knew and loved her. Her love for her family and for her Lord and her knowledge of the Bible has always stood out to me as being a much needed example in our increasingly godless society. She was one of my biggest supporters and a great encouragement to me when I pastored the Church of the Brethren years ago. She will always hold a special place in my heart. Prayers for the family.

When I heard about Hazel I was torn between being very sad and very happy — she longed to go home to Ruel for so long. I was so fortunate to have Hazel in my life, as a child and as an adult— I loved being in her family – whether it was a letter, card or the many things she sewed for me, now I can pass onto my girls that she loved so much. I will miss you Hazel, you will never be forgotten and always loved. You have a wonderful family and I enjoyed my talks with Stella – thank you for being so kind to me. I will always remember all the wonderful meals she would cook up – and sitting out on the porch talking about cows, planting veggies and all the animals she caught in a cage that day. Heaven is a lot sweeter now that you are there where there are so many to greet you home.
The stars will shine a lot brighter with you there looking down on us all.. I love you Hazel!!
Love to the family who took such good care of this special Lady… love you too
My Mom & Hazel would talk for hours and laugh at the good ole days; get lost in the kitchen fixing the best desserts and talking about what the kids were doing.
Yes, I will miss you terribly and I know your family will miss you also – but we all know and are comforted in knowing where you are and being the arms of Jesus and Ruel.
    May God bless you all.

Dear Aunt Hazel – there is a big party for you right now, oh how I wish I could be there to kiss your sweet face good bye —- Stella said she would tell you “I Love You” and kiss you good bye for me… We are thinking of you and praying for your family right now – I told Karen last nite and she said she would tell the girls, so I know for a fact they will be thinking of you.
I know it will be a beautiful service and your resting place next to Uncle Ruel is a very pretty setting, someday I will come back and visit you both, but right now I will send you my heart thru this message. I know you love us and we certainly love you.
Sing and dance for Jesus – it must be a beautiful place to call home.
    missing you ….

Jim and I and his mother Dorothy are so sorry to hear this. We didn’t know it until Friday evening. We would have been there for the family. She was a great lady and will be missed greatly.
