John, Kathryn and all of Darlis family members you have my deepest and sincere sympathy. Darlis became a dear friend of mine since we attended the same church and were in the same SS class. I missed her so much when she moved away.

I was so so sad to hear of the passing of Ms. Darlis. Her and Ms. Eulah Payne were the two ladies that got me interested in our Ladies Auxiliary. We went on several trips associated with the auxiliary. I have many special memories of her. I will be praying for you and your family.

John and family, I was saddened to hear of your mom’s passing. Please accept my apology for not being there. I have been ill from medication I am taking for diabetes and Cooper James is ill with Scarlett Fever
Mom did not feel she could walk to graveside. You and yours were in our thoughts and prayers and we love you and Kathy. Mom’s # 284 3717

I am so sorry to hear this. Totally missed the announcement until today. Your mom and dad both were the best neighbors ever. I loved and appreciatiated them so much. Sadly we lost most contact when we moved. Ms. Dot crocheted each of my children a beautiful blanket when they were born. I proudly have those saved and awaiting the birth of their first child someday. She will never be forgotten.
