Dolores Mayfield
Funeral services for Dolores Mayfield, 76, of West Monroe, Louisiana, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 18, 2015, at Gospel Hill Church, near West Plains, Missouri, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Mayfield was born July 16, 1938 in Mansfield, Missouri and passed away January 14, 2015 in West Monroe, Louisiana. She was a member of Forsythe Avenue Church of Christ and loved taking care of her family.
Survivors include her sons, Dr. Samuel Mayfield and wife Jeannie, Dr. Charles Mayfield and wife Melissa, and Dr. Greg Mayfield and wife Julie; grandchildren, Olivia Herold, Lisa Taylor, Kylie McIntosh, Taylor Mayfield, Justin Mayfield and Kyle Mayfield; nine great-grandchildren; three brothers, George Marcum, Alvin Marcum and Frank Marcum; one sister, Rosie Heinzmann; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Her parents, two sisters, Ruth Crites and Margaret Butler and three brothers, Carl, Loren and Kenneth Marcum, precede her in death.
Services were also held in West Monroe, Louisiana, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Howell Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

To the family of Deloris, I send my condolences. I have so many memories of time spent with her family: Her dear, sweet parents, Rose & Sam, & esp. her siblings: Ruth, Rosie & Franklin, as they were nearest to my age. May you find comfort in your memories of her.
