Edward Joseph “Ed” Schneider, Jr., 62, West Plains, Missouri, died Saturday, May 19, 2012, at his home. He was born August 21, 1949, at St. Louis, Missouri, to Edward Joseph Schneider, Sr., and Eunice Mae Shrum Schneider. Mr. Schneider was a business owner in the heating and air conditioning industry.
He is survived by his lifetime partner, Mary Jo Robertson; one brother, Tom Schneider, wife, Beth Anne, West Plains, Missouri; one sister, Barbara Stark, husband, Butch, Bakersfield, Missouri; two nieces, Jessica Collins, husband, John, Caulfield, Missouri and Joanna Myers, husband, Keith, West Plains, Missouri; two great-nieces and two great-nephews.
His parents and one daughter, Michelle Linthicum, precede him in death.
Private services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Ronald McDonald House of Springfield, Missouri, and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
