Gary Michael “Mudd” Ragar
The public is welcome to attend a memorial service for Gary Michael “Mudd” Ragar, 53, Caulfield, Missouri, at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, June 16, 2012, at the Caulfield Community Center.
Mr. Ragar died at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, June 10, 2012, near Caulfield, Missouri.
He was born April 23, 1959, at Independence, Missouri, to Lee Roy Ragar and Alliene Bruines Ragar. On August 25, 2009, he was married at West Plains, Missouri, to Sheila Marie Winterland. Mr. Ragar was a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry. He enjoyed traveling, motorcycles and working on cars. Mr. Ragar was a member of the Woodside Masonic Lodge #358, Thomasville, Missouri. He was a family man, a very loving husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Ragar was a Christian.
He is survived by his wife, Sheila Ragar, of the family home; seven children, Jace Williams, of the family home, Nova Williams, Lakeland, Florida, Toni Smith, husband, Ron, St. Louis, Missouri, Daniella Winterland, Chillicothe, Missouri, Tina Lee Okerbloom, husband, Nathan, Council Bluffs, Iowa, T. J. Elod, Knob Noster, Missouri, and Lyle Ragar, Knob Noster, Missouri; twelve grandchildren, including Isaac Winterland, of the family home; his parents, Lee Roy and Alliene Ragar, Lincoln, Missouri; one brother, Marion Ragar, Topeka, Kansas; grandmother, Amelia Ragar, Sedalia, Missouri; mother-in-law, Pamela Thomas, West Plains, Missouri; sister-in-law, Linda Thomas, West Plains, Missouri; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
His grandparents precede him in death.

Mike was a very close friend to my stepfather Tom Tucker. Mike was always a great guy and very good to my brothers and I when we were kids. I am sad to hear of his passing on. I will always remember him. My family wishes to give our condolences to his family.

WE HAVE KNOWN MIKE FOR 25 YEARS AND HIS PHONE CALLS AND VISITS WILL BE SORELY MISSED. MIKE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE AND SENSE OF HUMOR THAT COULD NEVER BE DUPLICATED.
